We offer book editions in the formats specifically stated on each listing. Paperback, hardcover, and digital downloads are distinct formats; a print order does not include an EPUB unless expressly indicated. We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and availability. We may correct errors before accepting an order or offer an appropriate remedy if an accepted order cannot be fulfilled.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All displayed prices are in U.S. dollars unless marked otherwise. Applicable shipping fees and taxes are shown at checkout before purchase. Payment must be authorized through the payment methods presented at checkout. Square is our selected payment processor for eligible checkout payments. Accepted methods are shown at checkout when enabled. Customers should rely on the methods actually available when placing an order.
Shipping and delivery
Physical products are subject to our Shipping Policy, including the stated handling and transit windows, cutoff time, shipping destinations, and charges. Digital files are delivered only for purchased offers that explicitly include them.

Underlying texts of certain classic books are public domain in the United States and may be available free from libraries and archives. The BookMerrin site design, original cover art, descriptions, and other original content may be protected separately. Product listings will not imply exclusive rights in public-domain material.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, place fraudulent orders, or submit unlawful or misleading information. We may restrict abusive activity where allowed by law.
Errors, changes, and legal rights
