Security Statement
We take the protection of customer accounts, orders, and payment activity seriously.
Secure website connections
BookMerrin uses HTTPS to encrypt website traffic between supported browsers and the site. Secure connections help protect data in transit, but no internet transmission or system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
Checkout and card information
Square is our chosen payment processor for eligible card payments. When Square is enabled at checkout, customers enter payment details through Square-supported secure payment fields. BookMerrin does not request payment card numbers through ordinary support email.
Account security
Choose a unique password for your BookMerrin account, protect access to your email, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. Do not share one-time verification codes or passwords with anyone claiming to offer support.
Reporting concerns
If you notice a security concern, suspicious payment request, or potential vulnerability, contact support@bookmerrin.com. Please do not include customer passwords or sensitive card data in the message.
Continuous improvements
Security controls, plugins, payment integrations, and hosting settings are reviewed as the store is configured. This statement does not claim a particular security certification or compliance audit that has not been independently completed.
