Shipping Policy
We ship eligible paperback and hardcover books to addresses in the United States. The information below applies to physical books; digital files, when offered, are delivered electronically.
Order processing and cutoff
Our order cutoff is 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Washington State), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Our normal handling time is 1–2 business days before shipment. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and observed shipping holidays.
Transit and delivery
Once shipped, standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days in transit, depending on the destination and carrier. The combined estimated time is approximately 6–9 business days from the start of processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, and remote destinations can affect timing.
Shipping charges and destinations
Available shipping methods and the full shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment. We serve eligible U.S. destinations. Shipping outside the United States is not offered unless a product checkout explicitly supports that destination. Free shipping is not included unless a checkout offer explicitly qualifies.
Order tracking and missed delivery
When tracking is available, we will provide the carrier and tracking information by email or through the order record. If an order does not ship when promised, we will contact the customer with revised timing and any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
Incorrect address or damaged delivery
Please review your shipping address before checkout. If a package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where helpful. BookMerrin covers reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Returns address
Please contact support before mailing a return. 1700 MAIN ST, Washougal, WA 98671 is our U.S. correspondence address, not automatically the merchandise return destination. We provide the correct return instructions after approving a request.
